Kate Chrisman’s career in real estate spans more than 20 years in both Colorado and California. Currently, Kate Chrisman is the Broker and Owner of Epiphron Real Estate, LLC., a boutique brokerage firm which helps buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions throughout Denver Metro and now Steamboat Springs.

Previously, Kate worked as a sales agent for Sotheby’s International Realty in San Francisco, CA. Her early real estate career path originally began in the mountains of Colorado where she worked in Aspen, for Aspen Club Properties in Property Management and as a sales assistant at The Cordillera Valley Club with Slifer, Smith, and Frampton in Edwards, CO.

Chrisman holds an MBA with a concentration in real estate through the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business and a BA from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors and the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors.

Kate is also engaged in owning, renting and developing property sites.

Kate’s passion for Colorado includes exploring the outdoors through recreational activities such as hiking, skiing and biking. She is also involved in community outreach, acting as a current supporter and previous board member of Canine Partners of the Rockies.
