Originally from Bethesda, Maryland, she received a Bachelor's Degree from Colgate University, spent a few years in Chicago working in the advertising world and came to Steamboat to 'have an adventure before grad school.' She immediately fell in love with the area and decided instead to build a life here. She has two wonderful daughters that share her passion for skiing, hiking, biking and the outdoors.
