I have been a full-time resident in Steamboat Springs since 1992.  I have worked at Steamboat Central Reservations, Steamboat Springs Chamber and property management companies, where I have gained experience and grown familiar with a variety of private homes and condominium complexes in our community.  As a realtor, I hope to share my love for the Yampa Valley.   

My two children; Bryce (22) & Sage (20) Zetzman were fortunate enough to grow up in Steamboat.  We enjoy hiking, biking, camping, SUP - and in the winter skiing and hockey.  This community is a wonderful place to raise children. 

I have seen many changes throughout the years and still feel this is the BEST place to live and eventually retire in the Yampa Valley.
