About

 Heidi is a Broker Associate who has worked exclusively with Broker/Owner Pam Vanatta since 1994.  Licensed since 1995, her many years of experience are an invaluable asset to the Vanatta Group and there truly is no teacher like experience. Heidi's main focus is overseeing the countless details of the Vanatta Group's numerous transactions, and making sure the process of Buying or Selling is satiny-smooth for each client... from contract to closing. Above all, Heidi is concerned with helping clients succeed whether they are seasoned professional sellers or first time buyers, and ensuring that they feel that they have "landed" in the lap of woodsy luxury that is Steamboat.

In addition to enjoying the many aspects of working beside one of Colorado’s top Brokers, Heidi loves spending time in the Yampa Valley outdoors with family and friends.  She loves to garden, cook, and sing around the campfire, and even has luck with growing tomatos at 8,000 feet.  She and her husband Wayne built a home in the fabulous Stagecoach area, and thoroughly enjoy living in that pristine mountain community with their four legged friends.
