Dianne’s mission is to make the buying and selling of real estate as smooth as possible by providing a high level of service. She understands that real estate transactions can be complex and emotional. Her knowledge of the real estate process, the intricacies of properties in Routt county, and the ever changing market put Dianne’s clients in position to make informed decisions. Through attentive listening and focusing on solutions, she diligently helps her clients reach their goals. 

Dianne Bertini has been in Steamboat real estate for nearly 10 years. She is an established Real Estate Broker Associate and Partner at The Group Real Estate representing Steamboat Springs, Hayden, Clark, Oak Creek and surrounding Routt County. From first time homebuyers to savvy investors, ski condos to ranches, short-term rental restrictions to water rights, buyer’s markets and seller’s markets, Dianne has helped buyers and sellers successfully navigate the complexities of Colorado real estate.  

Prior to real estate, Dianne worked in marketing and community relations. She is creative in her approach and delightful in demeanor. For fun, Dianne can be found hiking or snowshoeing with her dogs (Chispa & Yoda), camping with her husband, soaking up any time her teenagers will afford her, and living out her rockstar dreams on stage at the Steamboat Cabaret, an annual fundraiser for Steamboat Creates.
