I am a full time professional Realtor, agent, and broker with

extensive market knowledge of the Steamboat Springs and Routt

County area. My goal is to make the process of buying and selling

property in the Yampa Valley stress free and financially fruitful. I

am available 7 days a week to assist you.

I own my company, Ski Town Realty, and work with a team of

experts available to assist you during your real estate transaction.

These members include: the Title Company, other associate

Realtors, Mortgage Broker, Inspection Company, Attorney,

Surveyor, Staging Consultant, Photographer, Appraiser, etc. All my

team members strive to provide you with exceptional service.

I continually complete courses to further my expertise in all

aspects of real estate practice. Including contract and legal matters,

the Realtor code of ethics, disclosure practices, contract

negotiations, and home marketing. I am licensed with the State of

Colorado Real Estate Commission, the Realtor regulatory agency.

I have been in the real estate business for over 26 years and a licensed

real estate broker in Colorado since 1996.
