A quick History of Money/Origin of Crypto 

What is Blockchain? 

What is Cryptocurrency?  

What is Mining? 

Current and proposed future regulation. Talk about how other countries/regions are regulating: China, US,  Africa, El Salvador. 

Address hacks and other issues, fall of coins like Solana and Celcius, potential risk of bad  regulation. How does Volatility affect the market? Why is it to be expected? Why aren’t we scared of it?  (10 min) Break 

Discuss how crypto/blockchain are starting to be adopted, real world use cases and how it relates to the Real  Estate market, total market cap and coin volume.  Explain where we believe this is going and how it relates to financial transactions and our audience.  Compare internet adoption vs crypto adoption. 

Crypto/Blockchain is here to stay. How we believe it will have direct impact on our financial markets, including RE.
